RETURNS POLICY

When you receive the package you will have 5 days to use the FREE RETURN.

The procedure is very simple, to facilitate to the maximum the customer.


1: Include a copy of the invoice inside the package you received.

2: Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them. Any items returned with visible defects that are not attributable to Gattoni will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender.

3: Make sure that the products are packaged with care.

4: Print a label visible at this link and paste it above the pack.

5: Send us an email to infoshop@gattonishop.com with the return request, and together we will arrange delivery of your package with the TNT express
courier.

Please note that you can only return items from the country in which you placed your order

 


REFUND POLICY

We will only refund items that are returned according to the instructions above. If an item does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you. We usually accept returns within 5 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. After acceptance, we will immediately request a refund to be credited to your account and we will send you an email confirmation. Credit Card: our bank will normally refund the amount within 7 working days of receipt of our confirmation email. The time it takes to see the refund in your account may vary depending on the institution that issued the card. PayPal: the refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receipt of our email confirmation.
